I made this layout of all of the Massman boys and their wives! We had these fun photos taken when we had some group family photos taken in November.  I made it using Sketchy Thursday's LAST sketch. Boo hoo! I love their sketches! Anyway, I finished it this evening just in time to enter into The Paper Variety's challenge to use black/white and a kiss of color.  The sketch and prompt seemed to go perfectly with the photos!!!! Don't you agree?

Back to School - My twin and me

I made this layout I made this layout as part of the Sketches for All/You Sketch-a-ton/back to school challenge! It runs until the end of September.  It has been a lot of fun so far and it doesn't really start until the weekend! I made this layout of my twin sister and me around 1965. I made it for Frosted Designs challenge to use  border punches. I'm also entering it in Noel Mignon's challenge to use NO  patterned paper!

I hand-made the red flower in the bottom. The buttons are vintage! I entered this at Blue Moon and at Pages in Time for the Go Green monthly challenge.

1969 Twins

A cute little 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" LO of my twin sister and me! I am on the left! We were 4 1/2 in 1969.  The blue background is Marcella by K.  The flowers, circle paper and journaling spot are Making Memories.  The little scallop is hand cut from Glitz Designs.  The little pearls are from Mark Richards.  The green crochet flower was made by my blog friend, Jessica.  She sent it to me all the way from Australia.  Isn't it cute!?  She is now selling the little flowers on Etsy! I love Etsy but wish people could find artists' work easier.  As many of you know, my husband is an Etsy artist. So, I'm also letting you know her shop name (she said it was ok):  http://www.etsy.com/shop/jessicatheodore.

Betsy Veldman at http://scrapbookgirl.typepad.com/ who is one of Paper Craft's Go To girls has a sketch that she would like us to use to make a card.  I flipped the sketch upside down and thought it turned out pretty well. I used two Cuttlebug folders on this simple card! I hope you like it!

Bass Guitar--Hand Made by Steve and Mitch

Here is a layout I made out of Little Yellow Bicycle's Generation Z.  It definitely tells a story!  It shows my teenage son, Mitch, making his very own bass guitar with his Dad. I hung the banner/chipboard elements from a real guitar string.   I used black and white photos because I thought the Christmas colors in the last photo would clash with the cool colors of the Generation Z paper!
