Homecoming
I created this layout of my son and his darling girlfriend using new Christmas collections from Carta Bella (background patterned paper) and Teresa Collins (joy and Homecoming) for the Simon Says Stamp Something New Challenge.
I hope someone is still visiting my blog... Leave a comment and I'll come visit yours, too! :-)

Mizzou Campus Tour--2011
As it turns out, Mitch only took one campus tour and applied to only Mizzou! He has decided it would be good to get his bachelor's degree there and has been accepted into the Honors program. After he finishes, he will apply to graduate school at either Northwestern or The University of Chicago for his graduate program. At that point, he may be able to get a fellowship! Anyway, I am just now scrapbooking these photos from last year. I had two extra photos of the business school and Mizzou's AMAZING recreation center. So, I have placed them under some photos with a little pull for each.
I hope you have a great day and weekend!!!

Happy Together -- UPDATED 3/9
I decided something was missing. So, I added the Prima flower and moved the happy up closer to the border. Do you think it is an improvement???
I made this layout of Emily and Mitch just happy to be together! I used all Close to My Heart except the letters which are Thickers and the lace. Well, and I rubbed some gold Adirondack Paint Daubers on the pieces I cut from the CTMH Art Philosopy Cricut cartridge which is totally amazing!!!! I made it using Artful Delight's beautiful sketch. Have you checked out LeeAnne's kits? She and her team have such a knack at picking out great kits!!!
Thanks for visiting!

Christmas 2009
I'm still working on Christmas 2009 photos! I made this one for Scrapfit's challenge to include hand-made flowers! I mainly used Graphic 45 with the exception of the gold shimmery paper and brown mats which are DCWV. The ribbon is from CTMH and the poinsettia is from Hero Arts...
Thanks for looking! I appreciate everyone who stops by my blog! I'll know you were here if you leave a comment!
Have a great day!

2009 Christmas
Yes, I'm lame. I'm just now getting to last year's photos! I used Graphic 45, Teresa Collins and the trim is from Crate Paper. The only other thing I used on this simple layout is Crystal Stickles around the Teresa Collins accents! I used The Scraproom Blog Week #50 SKETCH and The Paper Variety's Week#14 Photo Inspiration Challenge. For The Paper Variety, I used the colors and the Santa Hat (both on the Graphic 45 Santa and on our son! This is the first layout I've made in a while! I almost forgot how to do it!
Merry Christmas to all the lovely bloggers out there who read my blog!!!
